Lots to Learn, Lots to Do!

I got back last night from a two day crash course on Ministry Partner Discovery. I was a great training and I am thankful that the BGC was generous enough to extend to us (the new appointees) the chance for a quick start. All the new BGC missionary appointees were in Chicago to discuss how to raise support by creating partnerships and our budget. I finally know what it is going to cost to get to Ukraine. We received a wealth of information and now have plenty of homework.
Over the weekend I was able to reunite with some of my MAC friends from October. I say friends but they are more like our extended family. We have all grown very close because we are going through the missionary process together. It was wonderful to see them.
The road will be long but God will be with me every step of the way. I believe that God will get me to Ukraine in HIS TIME. God’s timing is always perfect. I was talking to a fellow MAC friend, Mel, about Moses. We were talking about being patient and doing everything in His time, and not to get impatient and disobedient. God has not called us to beat on the rock but to speak to it.

Amen girl! Let’s keep each other accountable about not beating on the rock but speaking to it.
