Created for a Mission

I attended a great mission conference this week at Washington Bible College & Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, MD.  There were many dynamic plenary session speakers and informative workshop presenters.  God really spoke and challenged me and everyone who was in attendance.  One of the things one of the speakers recommended as a way to pray for the nations is to look in our closets and pray for the countries that appear on the labels of our clothes.   Anyway, yesterday I hung around through dinner because I thought I was going to go to a particular workshop.  As it turns out, I was introduced to a single Jamaican woman who in October 2007 completed a four year term in the Czech Republic in Central Europe.  I met her right before the workshop was scheduled to begin and we talked for almost an hour.  It was encouraging to me to hear her testimony and the things that God did for her.  She encouraged me in all that God is doing in my life.  What a divine appointment!  You never know who God will hook you up with.
